I love software development. It balances my pragmatic nature with a need for logic.

So, given my love for software development, it makes sense I work as a software developer. But this love goes beyond an interest in the arcane art of programming, but to the entire process of producing software; the social dynamics and business concerns of producing software interest more at times than the technology.

Thus, I work as both a developer and coach, helping teams and organizations transition to Agile Software Development practices and produce reliable software in a timely manner. This website is forum for my ideas and experiences and hopefully an opportunity to receive some feedback and share stories.
